Active Minds Games strives to make our service to you top priority. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following applies to all returns:
- The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened. (i.e. Adhesive strip in place, unit in package and sleave, etc.)
- You must email us within 30 days at Support@ActiveMindsGames.com, or call us at (424) 261-4263, to request a return. You must include your full name, address, and contact phone in the return package.
- You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS/FedEx ground only) after the item has been received.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Active Minds Games does not receive.
